I am a property PM and consultant who specialises in property refurbishment and acquisition expert. Since 2012, I’ve been helping my clients buy, refurb and rent properties – managing every aspect of the real estate process. No matter whether you’re looking to refurb an investment home, or find a new rental property to rest your head, I can help you secure the best opportunities in the property market.
I moved into property due to my interest in studying Architecture in the university, as well as having an interest in property structures. I like the idea of bringing to life a structure in a property and make it look relevant in today’s modern feel
The story
After graduation, 8 years of work experience, I decided to delve into properties. I very much fell in love with old properties (such as the Victorian homes and terraced houses) and enjoyed having conversations with other network within the property forums, especially the ones organised by the local authority and other licenced organisations (such as Residential Landlords associations & National Landlord Associations, which have both merged as one organization).
The company was originally started in 2012 as a sole trader. In 2015 the business grew into a limited company and has expanded since then with multi projects ongoing at the same time (year on year) which includes complete refurbishments and management of rentals
Our Vision
First and foremost, our mission is to become a Property Project Partners to all our customers, stake holders and interested parties. This makes us standout amongst others and ensures that one has their interest represented, especially investors who would want their current assets to work for them, rather that tie it up. Furthermore, our vision is to create a home away from home for your average students and professionals; mainly focusing on students and young professionals. A place they will spend more time and enjoy before even considering going home to their families. Also, to create a first-class accommodation service for tenants whilst being accessible and approachable.

About the Business
We provide rental accommodation to students and professionals. Also involved in project management, refurbishments, bring modernisation to rental properties also bringing new lease of life to run down accommodation. We have a strong dedicated team of contractors with whom I have built rapport over the years and currently seeking opportunities of working with new contractors whilst showing them the care and respect they deserve. Thus, ensuring we build long term relationship with the team & stake holders.
